The Repeat Shopify App is your central hub for managing Repeat's features to drive customer retention. This article will guide you through the various sections of the app, which has these primary tabs:

Home Page

The home page is your starting point for exploring Repeat's key features. From here, you can:

  • Discover and navigate to the different Moments that are the core of Repeat's functionality

  • See featured Plays that provide proven strategies for engaging customers within each Moment

  • Explore and set up integrations with your preferred marketing channels

Moments

The Moments tab is where you can dive deeper into each Moment that Repeat provides for your customers. Each Moment has a dedicated page, which includes:

  • Information on the data and customer behaviors that inform the Moment

  • High-level insights about the Moment, like the typical timing of events

  • Settings and options to customize how you engage with customers in each Moment

Impact

The Impact tab provides a comprehensive view of Repeat's performance and contribution to your success. Within this tab, you can access these reports:

Klaviyo Flows

With the Klaviyo Flows report, you can select specific Repeat-powered flows you have created. Once you choose the flows, your report will show:

  • Key metrics attributed to those flows, such as total emails sent, orders placed, and revenue

  • Revenue per flow and monthly revenue breakdown

Repeat SMS

The Repeat SMS report helps you monitor the performance of the Repeat SMS channel. Within it, you will see information like:

  • Total customers notified, orders placed, and revenue generated

  • Revenue by month and trailing 12-month revenue

  • Total number of customers opted in and a breakdown of opt-ins by month

Insights

The Insights tab offers a deep dive into your store's overall customer retention performance. This tab has four reports:

  • Retention Pulse Check: Track key retention KPIs on a rolling basis for an up-to-date understanding of returning customer trends and performance.

  • Long-Term Retention Trends: Understand longer-term retention trends in your business, see how they change over time, and answer questions such as how quickly customers return to make a second purchase.

  • Cohorted Retention Outcomes: Track retention outcomes based on first purchase month cohorts. View metrics such as 2nd Order Repeat Purchase Rate, Overall Repeat Order Rate, and Revenue per Customer.

  • Replenishment Behavior: Understand long-term replenishment trends in your business and gain insights into information such as the time it takes for customers to reorder your products

Products

The Products tab is where you manage your product catalog and its interaction with Repeat. Within this tab, you can:

  • Use product mapping to define relationships between products, such as replacements, samples, and bundles

  • Create Featured Product Carts to showcase specific products to your customers

  • Understand which products are available on the Repeat sales channel

Integrations

The Integrations tab allows you to connect your marketing channels to Repeat and control the channels through which you engage with customers in various Moments.

Settings

The Settings tab lets you control the configuration of various parts of Repeat. There are four pages within this tab:

  • Brand Info: Manage basic brand settings

  • Cart Style: Adjust branding elements, like colors and style, of the Repeat cart

  • You Might Also Like: Control the products recommended in the Repeat Carts

  • Account Settings: Access high-level information about your store's account
