Learn how to manage which products are shown on Repeat using Shopify's sales channel settings.

You can manage which products are available on Repeat with Shopify's sales channel options. Products that are "available" on the Repeat sales channel will be shown in the Repeat Cart and Repeat's product recommendations, and can trigger events like "Due To Replenish."

After Installing Repeat

When you first install Repeat, all products on your Online Store will be made “available” to the Repeat sales channel by default. If there are products you do not want to sell via Repeat, you should mark these products as “unavailable.”


When you create new products or remove old ones from your store, be sure to keep the Repeat sales channel up to date as well.

Updating Sales Channel Availability

One-Off Updates

From Shopify admin, go to your Products tab on the left-hand side. From this view, you will notice a list on the far right-hand side of the screen titled Sales Channels and Apps.

If you click Manage, you can control your products' sales channels by checking the box next to that particular sales channel or app.

Bulk Updates

You can also manage sales channel availability in bulk. Here's how:

  1. From your Shopify admin, navigate to Products. Search or filter to find the products you want to update.

  2. Select the checkbox at the top to select all products.

  3. Click on More actions.

  4. Choose Add available channels or Remove available channels

  5. Select Repeat to add or remove products from the Repeat sales channel, then Make products available or Make products unavailable.
