Overview

When using Attentive with Repeat, brands can deliver personalized SMS messages at the right moment. Repeat’s analysis of customers and where they are in their lifecycle with a brand combined with Attentive’s conversational commerce platform helps brands increase repeat purchases, boost LTV, and build a loyal customer base.

Setting up your Attentive integration is a simple process with only a few short steps!

Setting It Up

1. In Shopify, go to the Repeat app (under "Sales Channels") and click on Integrations. Under Attentive, click "Setup" to begin the activation process.

2. You will be redirected to the Attentive website to OAuth your account. Learn more about Attentive's authentication process here.

3. Once you complete the OAuth process, return to the Integrations page to make sure that your Attentive integration is active.
